Everyone was wonderful. I had an on-site estimate within a day or two. A week later the installer arrived. He was professional. He answered all my questions and explained things. Very courteous. Realized there would be an issue with the handle. Told me he would take it to the shop and come back later in the week to install it. He cleaned up after himself and showed me how to use my new equipment

I can’t say enough good things about Gecko Garage Doors. I called them at 4 a.m., stressed and frustrated, after my garage failed overnight, and they responded immediately.

Luke called me back right away and made sure someone was sent out first thing in the morning. Jake came out solo, was professional, calm, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He handled the repair efficiently and treated my home with care and respect.

Needed late night door lift service and Gecko service was recommend to me. Nick called right back and gave me a eta. He looked over the damage ( lift system)and went right to work. Shortly he called me out to show what was wrong and what needed replced,I asked if he had time to replace the rollers with newer style one and was told no problem. Door was adjusted as was the closing system. I would recommend Nick at Gecko Service Pro to family and friends and I will use again as needed.
